1Tbsp Cinnamon
1Tbsp Brown sugar
1tsp Butter per bag of ribs

Step 1
Set Sous vide for 150°F

Mix together equal parts cinnamon and sugar

Step 3
Coat ribs in a cinnamon brown sugar rub

Step 4
Place in vacuum or ziplock bag with a generous tsp of butter

Cook for 24 hours

Finishing Steps

Preheat BBQ to 400-450°F

Step 1
Remove ribs from sous vide bath

Grill for 2 mins per side

Add bbq sauce of choice if desired
