Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pork Ribs

Directions

  1. Set Sous vide for 150°F
  2. Mix together equal parts cinnamon and sugar
  3. Coat ribs in a cinnamon brown sugar rub
  4. Place in vacuum or ziplock bag with a generous tsp of butter
  5. Cook for 24 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Preheat BBQ to 400-450°F
  2. Remove ribs from sous vide bath
  3. Grill for 2 mins per side
  4. Add bbq sauce of choice if desired
  5. Serve and enjoy!
