Cinnamon Brown Sugar Pork Ribs
Full of flavour, literally fall-off-the-bone side ribs.
Every bite is succulent and tender. Better than Ribfest ribs.

Ingredients
- 1Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1tsp Butter per bag of ribs
- Ribs
Directions
- Set Sous vide for 150°F
- Mix together equal parts cinnamon and sugar
- Coat ribs in a cinnamon brown sugar rub
- Place in vacuum or ziplock bag with a generous tsp of butter
- Cook for 24 hours
Finishing Steps
- Preheat BBQ to 400-450°F
- Remove ribs from sous vide bath
- Grill for 2 mins per side
- Add bbq sauce of choice if desired
- Serve and enjoy!
