Ingredients for 0

  • 1 med bunch cilantro

  • 2 tbs stir in garlic paste

  • 1tsp stir in ginger paste

  • 1/2 med onion

  • 2 small colored peppers

  • 1 cup OJ (or OJ / pineapple blend juice)

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice or lemonade

  • 8 oz green chilis

  • 1tsp Kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp fresh crack black pepper

  • 8 boneless / skinless chicken thighs

Directions

  • Step 1

    Process / blend all ingredients to make marinade. Place cleaned thighs & 3/4 marinade into ziplock type bag & let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Prepare sous vide bath & let it rip for 3 hours at 160*. Sear or grill to add to the flavor by adding a little char.
