1 med bunch cilantro
2 tbs stir in garlic paste
1tsp stir in ginger paste
1/2 med onion
2 small colored peppers
1 cup OJ (or OJ / pineapple blend juice)
1/2 cup lemon juice or lemonade
8 oz green chilis
1tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh crack black pepper
8 boneless / skinless chicken thighs

Step 1
Process / blend all ingredients to make marinade. Place cleaned thighs & 3/4 marinade into ziplock type bag & let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Prepare sous vide bath & let it rip for 3 hours at 160*. Sear or grill to add to the flavor by adding a little char.
