  1. Process / blend all ingredients to make marinade. Place cleaned thighs & 3/4 marinade into ziplock type bag & let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Prepare sous vide bath & let it rip for 3 hours at 160*. Sear or grill to add to the flavor by adding a little char.
