Cilantro & Citrus Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1 med bunch cilantro
- 2 tbs stir in garlic paste
- 1tsp stir in ginger paste
- 1/2 med onion
- 2 small colored peppers
- 1 cup OJ (or OJ / pineapple blend juice)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice or lemonade
- 8 oz green chilis
- 1tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh crack black pepper
- 8 boneless / skinless chicken thighs
Directions
- Process / blend all ingredients to make marinade.
Place cleaned thighs & 3/4 marinade into ziplock type bag & let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Prepare sous vide bath & let it rip for 3 hours at 160*.
Sear or grill to add to the flavor by adding a little char.
Finishing Steps
