Ingredients for 4

  • Chuck Roast, 2-3 lbs

  • Kosher Salt

  • Cracked Black Pepper

  • 4 Bay Leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Generously Salt & Pepper both sides of roast

  • Step 3

    Place roast in bag and Add 2 bay leaves to each side.

  • Step 4

    Seal bag

  • Step 5

    Place in bath and set timer for 34 hours

    • Stovetop

    • Step 0

      Pat dry and remove bay leaves.

    • Step 1

      Add a little more salt and Sear I’m screaming hot cast iron pan. I used canola oil.

    • Step 2

      Slice
