Ingredients
- Chuck Roast, 2-3 lbs
- Kosher Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- 4 Bay Leaves
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- Generously Salt & Pepper both sides of roast
- Place roast in bag and Add 2 bay leaves to each side.
- Seal bag
- Place in bath and set timer for 34 hours
Stovetop
- Pat dry and remove bay leaves.
- Add a little more salt and Sear I’m screaming hot cast iron pan. I used canola oil.
- Slice
