  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
  2. Generously Salt & Pepper both sides of roast
  3. Place roast in bag and Add 2 bay leaves to each side.
  4. Seal bag
  5. Place in bath and set timer for 34 hours

Stovetop

  1. Pat dry and remove bay leaves.
  2. Add a little more salt and Sear I’m screaming hot cast iron pan. I used canola oil.
