Ingredients for 6

  • (2) 4lb Boneless Beef Chuck Roasts

  • 1 pkg Dry Ranch Seasoning

  • 1 pkg Dry Italian Seasoning

  • 1 pkg Dry Gravy Mix

  • 1/2 cup of water

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place Chuck Roast in Ziploc bag. Mix the dry ingredients in a 1/2 cup of water. Add mixture to Ziploc

  • Step 2

    Place bag in water and Sous Vide for 24-36 hours at 135 degrees

      Preheat iron skillet with oil

    • Step 1

      Remove roast from bag and dry the surface. Let meat rest for 10 minutes.

    • Step 2

      Sear roast in cast iron pan with oil for about one minute on each side

    • Step 3

      Serve with left over marinade or gravy
