Ingredients for 6
- (2) 4lb Boneless Beef Chuck Roasts 
- 1 pkg Dry Ranch Seasoning 
- 1 pkg Dry Italian Seasoning 
- 1 pkg Dry Gravy Mix 
- 1/2 cup of water 
Directions
- 
                              Step 1Place Chuck Roast in Ziploc bag. Mix the dry ingredients in a 1/2 cup of water. Add mixture to Ziploc 
- 
                              Step 2Place bag in water and Sous Vide for 24-36 hours at 135 degrees 
- 
                Finishing Steps
- 
                        Step 0Preheat iron skillet with oil 
- 
                              Step 1Remove roast from bag and dry the surface. Let meat rest for 10 minutes. 
- 
                              Step 2Sear roast in cast iron pan with oil for about one minute on each side 
- 
                              Step 3Serve with left over marinade or gravy
