Medium-Rare Sous Vide Boneless Chuck Roast

  1. Place Chuck Roast in Ziploc bag. Mix the dry ingredients in a 1/2 cup of water. Add mixture to Ziploc
  2. Place bag in water and Sous Vide for 24-36 hours at 135 degrees

Finishing Steps

  1. Preheat iron skillet with oil
  2. Remove roast from bag and dry the surface. Let meat rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Sear roast in cast iron pan with oil for about one minute on each side
  4. Serve with left over marinade or gravy
