Ingredients
- (2) 4lb Boneless Beef Chuck Roasts
- 1 pkg Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 1 pkg Dry Italian Seasoning
- 1 pkg Dry Gravy Mix
- 1/2 cup of water
Directions
- Place Chuck Roast in Ziploc bag. Mix the dry ingredients in a 1/2 cup of water. Add mixture to Ziploc
- Place bag in water and Sous Vide for 24-36 hours at 135 degrees
Finishing Steps
- Preheat iron skillet with oil
- Remove roast from bag and dry the surface. Let meat rest for 10 minutes.
- Sear roast in cast iron pan with oil for about one minute on each side
- Serve with left over marinade or gravy
