  • 1 Pack of Pot Roast Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set Sous Vide to 135 °F (57 °C) for 24 hrs.

  • Step 2

    Rub the pot roast seasoning all over. Put in bag and seal. I refrigerated for 24 hrs but you can cook right away. Insert into water and cook for 24 hrs.

    • Finishing Steps

      Remove from water and pat down to remove as much moisture as you can.

    • Step 1

      Sear in a hot skillet to get desired coloring. Note: I didn’t sear right away. I put back in freezer and cooked finished it a week later. It was yummy!

      Slice and Enjoy!
