Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.

  • Step 3

    Cut back if the pork, and front ((diamond). Mix ingredients and let the Pork macerate for 12 hrs

      Finishing in the oven at 245*C for 1 hrs
