Ingredients for 4

  • 3 lb Chuck Roast

  • Worcestershire Sauce

  • Thrive Market Coconut Amino Sauce

  • Avocado Oil

  • Ghee

  • Garlic Salt

  • Pit Boss Chop House Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Add chuck roast, and a few tablespoons of worcestershire sauce and the coconut amino sauce into your cooking bag. Add desired amount of Pit Boss Chop House Seasoning.

  • Step 2

    Set timer for 3 hours at 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 3

    Remove from bag and pat dry

  • Step 4

    In a cast iron skillet, combine some avocado oil, ghee, and garlic salt. Set temp to high and once heated, sear the roast on all sides.
