This came out just like a really large steak. Leftover liquid from the bag makes an excellent Au Jus.

  1. Add chuck roast, and a few tablespoons of worcestershire sauce and the coconut amino sauce into your cooking bag. Add desired amount of Pit Boss Chop House Seasoning.
  2. Set timer for 3 hours at 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Remove from bag and pat dry
  4. In a cast iron skillet, combine some avocado oil, ghee, and garlic salt. Set temp to high and once heated, sear the roast on all sides.
