Chop House Beef Chuck Roast
This came out just like a really large steak. Leftover liquid from the bag makes an excellent Au Jus.

Ingredients
- 3 lb Chuck Roast
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Thrive Market Coconut Amino Sauce
- Avocado Oil
- Ghee
- Garlic Salt
- Pit Boss Chop House Seasoning
Directions
- Add chuck roast, and a few tablespoons of worcestershire sauce and the coconut amino sauce into your cooking bag. Add desired amount of Pit Boss Chop House Seasoning.
- Set timer for 3 hours at 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from bag and pat dry
- In a cast iron skillet, combine some avocado oil, ghee, and garlic salt. Set temp to high and once heated, sear the roast on all sides.
