Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 74ºC / 165.2ºF

Marinade chicken wings inside unsealed bag at least 6 hours in fridge.

Step 3
Heat sous vide bath to 74c Remove excess loquid from souse vide bag and seal. Cook sous.vide for 2 hours.

Step 4
Remove from souse vide bag. Put on rack over a plate in fridge for 8 hours and let dry.
