Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- Teryaki sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 74ºC / 165.2ºF
- Marinade chicken wings inside unsealed bag at least 6 hours in fridge.
- Heat sous vide bath to 74c
Remove excess loquid from souse vide bag and seal.
Cook sous.vide for 2 hours.
- Remove from souse vide bag.
Put on rack over a plate in fridge for 8 hours and let dry.
Finishing Steps
- Put in smoker for 1 hour at 100c
