  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 74ºC / 165.2ºF
  2. Marinade chicken wings inside unsealed bag at least 6 hours in fridge.
  3. Heat sous vide bath to 74c Remove excess loquid from souse vide bag and seal. Cook sous.vide for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from souse vide bag. Put on rack over a plate in fridge for 8 hours and let dry.

Finishing Steps

  1. Put in smoker for 1 hour at 100c
