Fresh whole wings

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

Cut up wings and seal them in a bag single file

Let them cook for 2 hours

Remove from bag and discard liquid dry off and add to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.

Cook for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Shake every few minutes

Add your sauce to coat. I used Franks red hot and ranch dressing mixed together
