Ingredients for 1

  • Fresh whole wings

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cut up wings and seal them in a bag single file

  • Step 3

    Let them cook for 2 hours

  • Step 4

    Remove from bag and discard liquid dry off and add to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.

  • Step 5

    Cook for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Shake every few minutes

  • Step 6

    Add your sauce to coat. I used Franks red hot and ranch dressing mixed together

      Add to air fryer, spray with olive oil. Cook until crisp 10-15 minutes shaking the basket every few minutes.
