Ingredients
- Fresh whole wings
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Cut up wings and seal them in a bag single file
- Let them cook for 2 hours
- Remove from bag and discard liquid dry off and add to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Shake every few minutes
- Add your sauce to coat. I used Franks red hot and ranch dressing mixed together
Air fryer
- Add to air fryer, spray with olive oil. Cook until crisp 10-15 minutes shaking the basket every few minutes.
