  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
  2. Cut up wings and seal them in a bag single file
  3. Let them cook for 2 hours
  4. Remove from bag and discard liquid dry off and add to the air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil spray.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes until crispy. Shake every few minutes
  6. Add your sauce to coat. I used Franks red hot and ranch dressing mixed together

Air fryer

  1. Add to air fryer, spray with olive oil. Cook until crisp 10-15 minutes shaking the basket every few minutes.
