Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cut drumsticks and winglets

  • Step 3

    Season well

  • Step 4

    Place in SV vacuum bag with a little olive oil.

    • BBQ 30 Mins

    • Step 0

      Place on BBQ with a Vortex for 30 minutes or until crispy

    • Step 1

      Add BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes

    • Step 2

      Serve warm
