- GOYA all purpose seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Cut drumsticks and winglets
- Season well
- Place in SV vacuum bag with a little olive oil.
BBQ 30 Mins
- Place on BBQ with a Vortex for 30 minutes or until crispy
- Add BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes
- Serve warm
