  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
  2. Cut drumsticks and winglets
  3. Season well
  4. Place in SV vacuum bag with a little olive oil.

BBQ 30 Mins

  1. Place on BBQ with a Vortex for 30 minutes or until crispy
  2. Add BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Serve warm
