Wings in a large mixing bowl Add oil salt and pepper. Toss accordingly Vacuum seal the bag

Sous Vide with only Anova products for 3 hours at 150 degrees F or 65 Celsius.

Step 3
Add to your favorite lump charcoal grill for 10-15 mins depending on heat. Tonight my grill was at 250 degrees F. I am not sure what that is in Celsius.

Rest for 5-10 mins covered in butcher paper or foil.
