Chicken Wings finished on a Hasty Bake

Ingredients
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Olive oil or any oil or fat source you prefer
- 2 lbs of Wings
Directions
- Wings in a large mixing bowl
Add oil salt and pepper. Toss accordingly
Vacuum seal the bag
- Sous Vide with only Anova products for 3 hours at 150 degrees F or 65 Celsius.
- Add to your favorite lump charcoal grill for 10-15 mins depending on heat. Tonight my grill was at 250 degrees F. I am not sure what that is in Celsius.
- Rest for 5-10 mins covered in butcher paper or foil.
