Italian seasonings

Directions

Rinse and dry thighs.

Salt and pepper to taste

Season each thigh with Italian seasonings both sides. Oregano, basil, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, sage, thyme. Whatever you have and like.

Spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Sous vide 160 degrees for 3 hours

Remove from Sous vide. Drizzle olive oil and garlic into hot frying pan.

Fry each side for 1-2 minutes to crisp up.
