Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs with skin
- Italian seasonings
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Rinse and dry thighs.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season each thigh with Italian seasonings both sides. Oregano, basil, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, sage, thyme. Whatever you have and like.
- Spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Sous vide 160 degrees for 3 hours
- Remove from Sous vide. Drizzle olive oil and garlic into hot frying pan.
- Fry each side for 1-2 minutes to crisp up.
Finishing Steps
- Served best with Fettucini Alfredo and some mushrooms sautéed in garlic and butter.
