  1. Rinse and dry thighs.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
  3. Season each thigh with Italian seasonings both sides. Oregano, basil, parsley, tarragon, rosemary, sage, thyme. Whatever you have and like.
  4. Spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sous vide 160 degrees for 3 hours
  6. Remove from Sous vide. Drizzle olive oil and garlic into hot frying pan.
  7. Fry each side for 1-2 minutes to crisp up.

Finishing Steps

  1. Served best with Fettucini Alfredo and some mushrooms sautéed in garlic and butter.
