Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

  • Step 2

    Rub/ place ingredients on chicken thighs (3-4 per bag), place in bag, water seal and cook for 4 hrs

      Sear 1 min each side in pan with hot oil
