Now with my new Anova that i gave my wife for Christmas, anything and everything!! Just getting revved up with this thing and i can now challenge my wife’s cooking... until she realizes what’s going on then I’m screwed once she takes it away from me!!

Ingredients
- Salt, pepper, mrs dash, ginger, garlic, shallots, rosemary, thyme, olive oil
- Salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic, hoisin sauce, siracha sauce, shallots, basil, oregano, olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic, honey, thyme, shallots, olive oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Rub/ place ingredients on chicken thighs (3-4 per bag), place in bag, water seal and cook for 4 hrs
- Sear 1 min each side in pan with hot oil
- Slice n serve
