Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.

  • Step 2

    Sauté Garlic in Butter until fragrant.  Remove from heat.

  • Step 3

    Season Chicken Thighs with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Add Chicken Thighs, Garlic, Butter, and Thyme to vacuum sealed bag.

  • Step 5

    Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes
