- Skinless Boneless Chicken Thighs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Butter
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.
- Sauté Garlic in Butter until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Season Chicken Thighs with salt and pepper.
- Add Chicken Thighs, Garlic, Butter, and Thyme to vacuum sealed bag.
- Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes
