  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.
  2. Sauté Garlic in Butter until fragrant.  Remove from heat.
  3. Season Chicken Thighs with salt and pepper.
  4. Add Chicken Thighs, Garlic, Butter, and Thyme to vacuum sealed bag.
  5. Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes
