  • Turkey Breast Boneless 3 lbs.

  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic.

  • Rosemary.

  • 1/2 Stick of Butter.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Season the turkey breast generously with salt, pepper and garlic.

  • Step 3

    Place the turkey breast in a Vacuum bag and add the rosemary and 1/2 a stick of butter to the bag and then vacuum seal.

  • Step 4

    Place the bag in your water bath @145 degrees for 4:00 hours.
