Ingredients
- Turkey Breast Boneless 3 lbs.
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic.
- Rosemary.
- 1/2 Stick of Butter.
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
- Season the turkey breast generously with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Place the turkey breast in a Vacuum bag and add the rosemary and 1/2 a stick of butter to the bag and then vacuum seal.
- Place the bag in your water bath @145 degrees for 4:00 hours.
