  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
  2. Season the turkey breast generously with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a Vacuum bag and add the rosemary and 1/2 a stick of butter to the bag and then vacuum seal.
  4. Place the bag in your water bath @145 degrees for 4:00 hours.
