Ingredients for 3

  • 1 package Costco Organic Chicken Tenderloins

  • Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

  • Lowry’s Lemon Pepper

  • Olive Oil


  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Lay out tenders on a flat surface

  • Step 3

    Season both sides with salt and lemon pepper

  • Step 4

    Put tenders in vacuum sealed bag or waterproof ziploc using the water immersion method

  • Step 5

    Put sealed chicken filled bags into water bath

    • Brown Em Up!

      Remove from water bath and lay out chicken tenders on paper towels to dry momentarily

    • Step 1

      Heat up frying pan or electric skillet to ~400 degrees F

    • Step 2

      Add some olive oil to the skillet

    • Step 3

      Brown chicken tenders for about 2 minutes in each side to give them some color and texture on the outside

    • Step 4

      Once finished your chicken is ready to go! Super moist and tender!
