  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
  2. Lay out tenders on a flat surface
  3. Season both sides with salt and lemon pepper
  4. Put tenders in vacuum sealed bag or waterproof ziploc using the water immersion method
  5. Put sealed chicken filled bags into water bath

Brown Em Up!

  1. Remove from water bath and lay out chicken tenders on paper towels to dry momentarily
  2. Heat up frying pan or electric skillet to ~400 degrees F
  3. Add some olive oil to the skillet
  4. Brown chicken tenders for about 2 minutes in each side to give them some color and texture on the outside
  5. Once finished your chicken is ready to go! Super moist and tender!
