Ingredients
- 1 package Costco Organic Chicken Tenderloins
- Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
- Lowry’s Lemon Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.0ºF / 65.0ºC.
- Lay out tenders on a flat surface
- Season both sides with salt and lemon pepper
- Put tenders in vacuum sealed bag or waterproof ziploc using the water immersion method
- Put sealed chicken filled bags into water bath
Brown Em Up!
- Remove from water bath and lay out chicken tenders on paper towels to dry momentarily
- Heat up frying pan or electric skillet to ~400 degrees F
- Add some olive oil to the skillet
- Brown chicken tenders for about 2 minutes in each side to give them some color and texture on the outside
- Once finished your chicken is ready to go! Super moist and tender!
