  • Lemon lime soda (marinade)

  • Garlic (m)

  • Ginger (m)

  • Lemongrass (m)

  • Knorr seasoning (m)

  • Achuette oil (baste)

  • Butter (b)

  • Banana ketchup (b)

  • Calamansi/lime/lemon (b)

  • Garlic powder (b)

  • Pepper (b)

  • Salt (b)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix all marinade and soak chicken at least overnight in fridge

  • Step 2

    Remove chicken, score and put in sous vide bag

  • Step 3

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.

  • Step 4

    Sear chicken and baste both sides

      Sear chicken either by broiling or over the grill
