Ingredients
- Lemon lime soda (marinade)
- Garlic (m)
- Ginger (m)
- Lemongrass (m)
- Knorr seasoning (m)
- Achuette oil (baste)
- Butter (b)
- Banana ketchup (b)
- Calamansi/lime/lemon (b)
- Garlic powder (b)
- Pepper (b)
- Salt (b)
Directions
- Mix all marinade and soak chicken at least overnight in fridge
- Remove chicken, score and put in sous vide bag
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
- Sear chicken and baste both sides
- Sear chicken either by broiling or over the grill
