  1. Mix all marinade and soak chicken at least overnight in fridge
  2. Remove chicken, score and put in sous vide bag
  3. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165.0ºF / 73.9ºC.
  4. Sear chicken and baste both sides
