Ingredients for 4

  • 1 kg chicken breast

  • 5 tablespoons of Curry

  • 5 tablespoons of turmeric

  • 3 teaspoons crushed chilli

  • 250ml sour cream

  • 3 onions

  • 6 potato

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons garlic

  • 2 tablespoons ginger

  • 100ml tomato purée

  • Salt or aromat to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cheer chicken in pot with 2 tablespoons butter with half of spices to brown 2-3 min then remove from pot

  • Step 3

    Add potatoes to the pot and the rest of spices and ingredients and 4 cups of water until soft

  • Step 4

    When soft put pot in cold bath of water to cool down add chicken in pot and stirr

  • Step 5

    Place all ingredients in a bag and seal.

  • Step 6

    Put in preheated souse vide tub

  • Step 7

    Cook some rice for the Curry

  • Step 8
