Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 5 tablespoons of Curry
- 5 tablespoons of turmeric
- 3 teaspoons crushed chilli
- 250ml sour cream
- 3 onions
- 6 potato
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 100ml tomato purée
- Salt or aromat to taste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Cheer chicken in pot with 2 tablespoons butter with half of spices to brown 2-3 min then remove from pot
- Add potatoes to the pot and the rest of spices and ingredients and 4 cups of water until soft
- When soft put pot in cold bath of water to cool down add chicken in pot and stirr
- Place all ingredients in a bag and seal.
- Put in preheated souse vide tub
- Cook some rice for the Curry
