Ingredients for 2

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast

  • Sharwoods tandoori paste

  • Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Lightly score chicken breasts

  • Step 3

    Coat with Sharwoods tandoori paste

  • Step 4

    Place in vac pack with knob of butter

  • Step 5

    Spud vide for 1.30 hrs at 140 degrees

  • Step 6

    Take out of bag and coat with yogurt and tandoori paste mix

  • Step 7

    Place on barbecue and get a light char. You can blow torch if you prefer but make sure you cook the sauce out otherwise the spice can be quite raw.

  • Step 8

    Slice and serve. Enjoy!
