Chicken Breast Tandoori Style

Ingredients
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breast
- Sharwoods tandoori paste
- Greek yogurt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
- Lightly score chicken breasts
- Coat with Sharwoods tandoori paste
- Place in vac pack with knob of butter
- Spud vide for 1.30 hrs at 140 degrees
- Take out of bag and coat with yogurt and tandoori paste mix
- Place on barbecue and get a light char. You can blow torch if you prefer but make sure you cook the sauce out otherwise the spice can be quite raw.
- Slice and serve.
