  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
  2. Lightly score chicken breasts
  3. Coat with Sharwoods tandoori paste
  4. Place in vac pack with knob of butter
  5. Spud vide for 1.30 hrs at 140 degrees
  6. Take out of bag and coat with yogurt and tandoori paste mix
  7. Place on barbecue and get a light char. You can blow torch if you prefer but make sure you cook the sauce out otherwise the spice can be quite raw.
  8. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
