Chicken Breast - Bone In/Skin On
Now with my new Anova that i gave my wife for Christmas, anything and everything!! Just getting revved up with this thing and i can now challenge my wife’s cooking... until she realizes what’s going on then I’m screwed once she takes it away from me!!

Ingredients for 3
2 chicken breasts
Ground Sea salt and ground pepper
Original Mrs Dash spices
Crushed garlic
2 Thin lemon slices
2 TBS Olive oil
3-4 sprigs of Thyme
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 153.0ºF / 67.2ºC.

Pat dry chicken breasts

Step 3
Rub in salt, pepper, Mrs Dash spices, garlic on both sides

Place in zip lock bag then add lemon slice, thyme and olive oil

Insert in water bath and seal bag

Cook for 2 hrs

After 2 hrs remove and rest uncovered for 5 min

Heat 2 tbsp of oil or butter in cast iron pan

Sear chicken breasts 1 min on non skin side then 1 min or until crispy crust on skin sideremove from pan and rest for 5 min

Slice and serve!
