Now with my new Anova that i gave my wife for Christmas, anything and everything!! Just getting revved up with this thing and i can now challenge my wife’s cooking... until she realizes what’s going on then I’m screwed once she takes it away from me!!

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Ground Sea salt and ground pepper
- Original Mrs Dash spices
- Crushed garlic
- 2 Thin lemon slices
- 2 TBS Olive oil
- 3-4 sprigs of Thyme
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 153.0ºF / 67.2ºC.
- Pat dry chicken breasts
- Rub in salt, pepper, Mrs Dash spices, garlic on both sides
- Place in zip lock bag then add lemon slice, thyme and olive oil
- Insert in water bath and seal bag
- Cook for 2 hrs
- After 2 hrs remove and rest uncovered for 5 min
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil or butter in cast iron pan
- Sear chicken breasts 1 min on non skin side then 1 min or until crispy crust on skin sideremove from pan and rest for 5 min
- Slice and serve!
