Ingredients for 9
16 oz Philadelphia brand original cream cheese
½ cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 TBsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, lightly whisked to break up the yolks
Graham cracker crumbs
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 176.0ºF / 80.0ºC.

Add a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs to bottoms of 9 or 10, 4 oz. canning jars

Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until it has softened a bit.

Add the vanilla, sugar, and cream.

When the ingredients are fully combined, add about half of the egg mixture. When that is fully combined, add the remainder of the egg mixture.

Turn the mixer up and mix the filling until it has a smooth consistency.

Fill the jars to the bottom of the threads. Place the lids on each jar And lightly screw the rings down. You want air to be able to escape.

When the water bath has come up to temperature, place the jars in the cooker with a jar holder.

Let cook for 90 minutes.

Step 10
At the end of cook time remove jars from cooker and let them cool on the counter for a few minutes, then place in refrigerator until completely chilled.

Remove the ring and lid from each jar. Spoon fruit over top or drizzle fruit syrup. Top with whipping cream and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Enjoy!
