1kg pork collar butt
Honey
1 jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine)

Place pork collar butt into bowl

Pour one jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce over pork.

Pour in Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine

Massage mix over meat until well covered

Vacuum seal pork

Marinate overnight in fridge

Once marinated, remove from fridge and set up Anova sous vide machine to cook at 63°C for 3 hours.
