Ingredients for 4

  • 1kg pork collar butt

  • Honey

  • 1 jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce

  • Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place pork collar butt into bowl

  • Step 2

    Pour one jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce over pork.

  • Step 3

    Pour in Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine

  • Step 4

    Massage mix over meat until well covered

  • Step 5

    Vacuum seal pork

  • Step 6

    Marinate overnight in fridge

  • Step 7

    Once marinated, remove from fridge and set up Anova sous vide machine to cook at 63°C for 3 hours.

      Pat dry meat with paper towel.

      Brush pork with honey. Make sure to turn meat over and brush underside.
