Ingredients
- 1kg pork collar butt
- Honey
- 1 jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
- Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine)
Directions
- Place pork collar butt into bowl
- Pour one jar Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce over pork.
- Pour in Shao Xing Wine (Chinese cooking wine
- Massage mix over meat until well covered
- Vacuum seal pork
- Marinate overnight in fridge
- Once marinated, remove from fridge and set up Anova sous vide machine to cook at 63°C for 3 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove and drain meat bag
- Pat dry meat with paper towel.
- Brush pork with honey. Make sure to turn meat over and brush underside.
