  • Blackening Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Added Walden Farms Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce to pouch

  • Step 2

    Added Big Black Dick Blackenin' Seasoning from Cayman islands to the pouch

  • Step 3

    Add bacon wrapped filets to the pouch

  • Step 4

    Vacuum seal the pouch

  • Step 5

    Place in Sous Vide cooker at 160 degrees for 24 hours
