Package had two 5 ounce filets. Purchased from Aldi Food Market. Package says to cook to an internal temp of 160 so I am cooking at that temp for 24 hours.

  1. Added Walden Farms Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce to pouch
  2. Added Big Black Dick Blackenin' Seasoning from Cayman islands to the pouch
  3. Add bacon wrapped filets to the pouch
  4. Vacuum seal the pouch
  5. Place in Sous Vide cooker at 160 degrees for 24 hours
