Package had two 5 ounce filets. Purchased from Aldi Food Market. Package says to cook to an internal temp of 160 so I am cooking at that temp for 24 hours.

- Barbecue Sauce
- Blackening Seasoning
Directions
- Added Walden Farms Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce to pouch
- Added Big Black Dick Blackenin' Seasoning from Cayman islands to the pouch
- Add bacon wrapped filets to the pouch
- Vacuum seal the pouch
- Place in Sous Vide cooker at 160 degrees for 24 hours
