2 limes juiced
1C fresh green onion chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 white onion chopped
2t black pepper
1/4C olive oil
2T white vinegar
1flank steak 1-3 lbs
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
Combine lime juice, garlic, onion, OJ, green onion, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in sealable bag. Mix well.
Add flank steak to marinade and place in refrigerator for 2 hours but preferred overnight.
Remove steak from marinade bag and place in heavy ziplock or vacuum seal bag. Place in water bath and cook at 135 for 2 hours
Remove steak from water bath and bag and pat very dry
Grill over high flame until desired appearance. 45-60 seconds per side.
Slice against grain and serve with lime wedges.
