  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135ºF / 57.2ºC
  2. Combine lime juice, garlic, onion, OJ, green onion, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in sealable bag. Mix well.
  3. Add flank steak to marinade and place in refrigerator for 2 hours but preferred overnight.
  4. Remove steak from marinade bag and place in heavy ziplock or vacuum seal bag. Place in water bath and cook at 135 for 2 hours

Grill

  1. Remove steak from water bath and bag and pat very dry
  2. Grill over high flame until desired appearance. 45-60 seconds per side.
  3. Slice against grain and serve with lime wedges.
