Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 125ºF / 51.7ºC

  • Step 2

    Season cod and place in a zip lock bag with melted butter

  • Step 3

    Remove air, immersion technique

  • Step 4

    Cook for 30 minutes
