Ingredients
- 2 oz melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Granulated garlic to taste
- Ground celery seed to taste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 125ºF / 51.7ºC
- Season cod and place in a zip lock bag with melted butter
- Remove air, immersion technique
- Cook for 30 minutes

- Serve with sous vide corn and fried rice
