Ingredients for 1
1 Ribeye Steak
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Clove of garlic
1 sprig Rosemary
1 sprig Thyme
Directions

Step 1
Salt and pepper Ribeye steak to taste and then add to sous vide/Ziploc bag

Step 2
Add Rosemary, Thyme, and a crushed garlic clove to bag

Step 3
Suck as much air as possible (obviously) out of bag

Step 4
Place into sous vide tank (120° for about 3 hours) and cover with bowl in order to weigh steak down.

Step 5
Take out of tank after about 3 hours

Pat the steak dry and with a high temp oil, sear the steak to a crisp brown and flip to opposite side.

Step 1
After the first flip, place butter in pan along with thyme and rosemary and butter baste steak.

Step 2
Rest steak for about 10 minutes and then it's ready to eat.
