Butter Like Steak
I DID NOT CREATE THIS RECIPE! All I did was take the instructions from @itz_zealand on Tik-Tok and copy them here. This steak is pretty good.

Ingredients
- 1 Ribeye Steak
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Clove of garlic
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 sprig Thyme
Directions
- Salt and pepper Ribeye steak to taste and then add to sous vide/Ziploc bag
- Add Rosemary, Thyme, and a crushed garlic clove to bag
- Suck as much air as possible (obviously) out of bag
- Place into sous vide tank (120° for about 3 hours) and cover with bowl in order to weigh steak down.
- Take out of tank after about 3 hours
Finishing Steps
- Pat the steak dry and with a high temp oil, sear the steak to a crisp brown and flip to opposite side.
- After the first flip, place butter in pan along with thyme and rosemary and butter baste steak.
- Rest steak for about 10 minutes and then it's ready to eat.
