  • Montreal seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Salt and pepper one side, Montreal on the other

  • Step 2

    Seal 1 or 2 patties per bag, freeze for later or cook now

  • Step 3

    Preheat water to 135. 1.5 hours for fresh, 2 hours for frozen.

  • Step 4

    Pre heat cast iron pan, super hot. Remove patties from sous vide and pat dry.

  • Step 5

    Sear patties about 10 seconds per side. Rest on plate.

  • Step 6

    For cheese burgers lay a slice on resting patties and cover with foil to keep heat around cheese
